ABOUT ME
My mission, as a therapist, is to help you help yourself. Show up. Participate. Live your life authentically and with intention.
I believe that as humans, our relationships are the most sacred experiences we have. Witnessing my client's stories profoundly impacts me and reaffirms my choice to do my work with a whole heart. Nearly every session spent with a client never ceases to leave me challenged, humbled, and inspired in ways I could not have imagined both personally and professionally. As a relational therapist I believe that the opportunity to develop a positive therapeutic relationship can be groundwork for exploring how an individual wishes to engage with family, romantic partners, friends, colleagues and in life. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you.
