What can I expect?

Change takes time. It is important to note that occasionally clients feel worse before they feel better, as we may be discussing painful aspects of your life. Like many other things in life, time helps the process. I think it is imperative that you know this before we begin. Typically, we will begin meeting weekly and when clinically appropriate will shift to bi weekly or monthly meetings. We will have conversations to address your expectations, perceived change and to ensure we are on track with our work. 

What is your current availability? 
At this time, appointments are available Tuesday to Friday. I do not offer any evening appointments. Please reach out to confirm what appointment times are currently open.


What is your fee & how is payment handled? 

My fee is $225 for 50 minute individual therapy and $325 for an 80 minute couple's therapy. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. You will have a card on file that will be processed after session and will be charged for no shows/late cancellations. 


What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you no show or late cancel, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance, however services may be covered in part by your health insurance for out of network providers. If you have a covered diagnosis I can provide a super bill so that you can seek negotiated reimbursement from your provider. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits for an out of network provider?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What would I be reimbursed per therapy session?

Can I schedule online?

You are welcome to request a therapy appointment online; we will connect via email and once we have confirmed availability, fee, location matches we can schedule a consultation call to get your appointment confirmed.
